A little about myself...
Hi, my name is Amy Veigle. One of the reasons that led me to the love for health and fitness was the ability to help and encourage others to get started on their health and fitness journey. There is a lot of information out there regarding diets and workouts. I found that getting started in a fitness journey for most people is easy but at the same time overwhelming. I'm here to help you organize your journey and help you get started. I found that my love for lifting along with cardio and clean eating truly made a difference in my physique. I believe in having a balanced life style and a healthy relationship with food. I am only human, so I keep it clean Monday through Friday and have a cheat meal on the weekends. I train hard and I work hard, but I also allow myself to enjoy life.
